I will say Dan and Garin do use official Wizards of the Coast material BUT some of my favorite episodes are where the guys use their own material which is published for free consumption OR when they use other third party content. The nice thing about these two is they are so welcoming and friendly and always make sure to point you in the direction of any and all content they personally use on the show. So if you’re in to character creation at all in video games or are already a D&D fan or player who loves a good backstory make sure you join them in the Lab each week to see what bizarre and hilarious character Garin and Dan will bring to us.

So.... character creation is the weakest part of my personal TTRPG skills, so this podcast makes for a great educational experience as well as being fun and enjoyable. The banter is good, and the resulting characters are great examples of what these mechanics can make.

Each week bring more fun and creative D&D character builds from Garin and Dan. I have been around D&D since I was a wee child and while I might not be playing right now this show still delights and entertains each and every week.

We can definitely relate to that burnout of creation, but you've all done a great job and have kept a very engaging podcast going! Great job there! We look forward to hearing more craziness and fun! Keep it up!

This is an amazing concept and a great way to show off the versatility of character creation in D&D. Plus, the hosts are hilarious and have a great rapport with each other. This is a must-listen if you are into D&D.
