Since we just celebrated Thanksgiving Day in the U.S., I feel it was appropriate to talk about being thankful and grateful for the blessings we have, and what benefits we will obtain from cultivating an attitude of gratitude.
Being Thankful will allow us to become conscious of the blessings we have in our lives, and being Grateful will allow us to show appreciation for what we have. In turn, this will make people want to be around you more, as you will appreciate what you have in life, and you will inspire others with your love of what you have.
You will gain greater joy in life as you practice gratitude, and will bring more joy yo others!
You will improve your physical and mental health, and gain greater self-confidence as you learn to appreciate all you have received and are grateful for what life is.
