Hearing about man's race to space makes me feel like a little boy again. I know how the story ends but they keept me on the edge of my seat. This is definitely a big budget "blockbuster" podcast. The soundtrack is 2nd to none. It would be a crime to skip Hans Zimmer's intro and outro music. I actually replayed the intros just for the music.

For quite a technical story Kevin Fong and team do a great job retaining the drama of stories where we know the ending.

Impeccably produced, terrific interviews with the people who made it happen. The definitive story of our first trip to the moon. Plus, Hans Zimmer composed new music just for the show. A five-star series if there ever was one.

This podcast was beautifully created. It was the perfect look behind the moment that impacted the entire world over 50 years ago. The host does a wonderful job of taking you behind the scenes to discover all of the roles people played. Looking back at the technology they had in 1969 and imagining being a part of that mission is an incredible feeling. I would consider this podcast a must listen if you enjoy space, history, and the power humankind has if we work together.

Both seasons so far have been incredible. It's been amazing with all the interviews with people who were on the ground. Dr. Fong's presentation and voice fit perfectly with the series not to mention Hans Zimmer producing the amazing theme. I can't wait to see what they cover next.

Dr Kevin Fong takes listeners through the final crucial minutes of the Apollo landing. Using historical recordings and interviews, he picks apart not just the events, but the people and systems behind the moon landing.I didn't even start out interested in space exploration, only in human factors - and there is much for an enthusiast here. He is quite deliberate in pointing out communication issues that arose during the landing; in humanising the whole affair (it is easy to forget the youth of the department - how far out of the realm of possibility this was for everyone). An enjoyable piece of listening with fantastic production values and music that never gets bogged down in technical detail.

A fantastic story told by the people, who were there. Interesting, exiting - and maybe a bit over the top. But it´s okay!

One episode in and I'm hooked! Really looking forward to hearing the rest of this one.

Amazing. Season 2 is just the most incredible story I have ever heard. The contributors are the most inspirational and modest people and it's a joy to listen to them. Music is stunning. One of the best things I have ever listened to. Well done the guys "in the trench !"

Very good show! Great interviews with the people actually involved in the endeavor and surprised me in that most of them were only in their mid-20's! I'm getting old!Only downside was Hans Zimmer, whom I can't stand. Hearing the theme song every time while I binged the podcast was annoying.

The best produced, best narrated and most compelling listening podcast I've listened too. No interest in space required, the human stories are equally as compelling as the story behind the podcast. Season 1 and 2 equally as terrific.
