A surreal and disorienting show that tries to show us just how much of our view of the world is inherited or picked up from those around us. For some, that might be fine, as in they never become fully aware of all that can be lost, but for others, the harshness of the reality is inescapable. But still, it can be a perplexing thing. And Radioland brings about the question beautifully.
Radioland absolutely nails a dark lyricism that threatens to (but I think doesn't completely) snuff out hope. It's so well written and sucks you right in.
This is such a surreal and captivating show! I find myself sucked in to a unique universe, brilliantly made with subtle sound design, music and poetry. The overall quality is superb, and I find Radioland intriguing and absolutely addictive!
