I was excited to hear the news that PRRP now reviews Podchaser reviews. After hearing the latest episode, it was clear there was some hesitancy from the host about the flavor of Podchaser. In an act of unbridled bribery, I am now a Patreon supporter at the highest tier.Looking forward to hearing Podcast Reviews Reviews Podcast reviewing the review from the podcast review service! ?
I began listening to this with its latest episode, but quickly realized that I was getting all sorts of spoilers. I mean, (Spoiler Alert!) I found out that the podcast has received reviews on multiple platforms, and has nearly 100 episodes! Well, I'm a fan of getting the full story, so I went back to the beginning.I must say, I appreciated the rising tension of the first few episodes (would there ever be reviews? how could this possibly work?). There was an early twist (complete with a name change of the titular character!). I held my breath for so long whilst waiting for the first review to be reviewed, I realized that I might qualify to be a pearl diver.Further listening might very well be done whilst I am underwater, seeking out pearls. Recommendations for podcast-listening equipment that are friendly for on-the-job listening for a pearl diver would be appreciated.
Andy Kaufman would have loved this show. I don't think much more needs to be said. Listen!
I appreciate brevity.
WOOOOO Now, ladies and gentlemen, let me tell ya right now. You want a great show? You want somethin to pass the time? You wanna test your reviewin mettle? Check out PRRP, WOOOOOOO! BIG MAN, this right here is a Grade A bonafide podcast. You want a show that'll take you to Space Mountain? Then check this bad boy out right here. WOOOOO! Take it from me, the kiss-stealin, wheelin-dealin, limousine ridin', jet flyin son of a gun! WOOOOO- Ric Flair, 16x World Heavyweight Champion
This podcast is the pinnacle of modern podcasting. It makes me warm inside yet slightly cool on the outside so bring a jacket if you know what I mean. You will find that this podcast is the essence of podcasting and modern society itself (really, it is). It is peak podcast. You will laugh, you may cry (if you think about it too much) but mostly laugh. If you don't "get it" then maybe you don't "get" podcasts at all. Leave a review so that the show can continue!
This podcast is so beautifully meta.Did you intend it as a commentary on podcast navel-gazing or how media today is built around maximizing engagement to draw the favor of enigmatic, all-powerful algorithms, or am I pretentiously reading way too much into it?This is a great review. I give it five stars. The next review is a five star review from Tom Mattheson. He says"I love this podcast. It's almost as good as the five star review from MouseShepherd that you just reviewed. Great review on that, by the way. I give your review of that review five stars. You really reviewed that review of your review well. Will you please review my review of your review of MouseShepherd's review of the Podcast Reviews Reviews Podcast?"Thanks for that excellent review Tom Mathesson. I give it five stars. And I give your review of my review of your review of my review of MouseShepherd's review of the Podcast Reviews Reviews Podcast 8 out of 5 stars.Wow, that was a really great review, probably the best review I've ever gotten and I think my review of it is the best review that I've ever given on the Podcast Reviews Reviews Podcast. The next review is by you. You might not have thought that you wrote this review, but you definitely did.You wrote:“Oh God, why? Why? Endless recursive observational insanity spiraling into the solipsistic examination of oneself and the other until the distinction breaks down into meaninglessness and all becomes one with the omni-narcissist. Why? WHY?3 stars”That’s another fantastic review, and I’m glad to see that you understand where we’re headed with this podcast. So I give your review negative four stars. That’s the end of this episode. Anything you hear after this that might sound like me is an imposter who should not be trusted under any circumstances. Do not be deceived.
Title: The little podcast that couldWhen this show started, I didn't think it had any hope. A show that depended on reviews for the show to exist? Impossible! But, like the little engine that could (and I do think that needs to be a merch idea), PRRP kept chugging along with his "I need reviews. Please review. I need reviews. Please review." and the show blossomed into a thing of beauty! I adore everything about it - the pleasant voice, the fun reviews and the reviews of those reviews. I also like how PRRP isn't hamstringed by different locations! I bet he could even do a show from the shower and it would be amazing! This show and its host deserve 5 stars!
This is such a delightfully weird show. The host is great and love how it feels improv'd and polished at the same time. Terrifically strange concept, executed perfectly.

I one day was followed by them on twitter curious as to what "PrrP" was I looked more into it I do not regret this at all! amazing podcast enjoy my review!
I love the podcast. Originally i binged season 1 and season 2 in a week. I loved it and i love the direction you are going with a daily podcast. I wish i could donate but im poor so i was wondering if you could read something from the finance section, perhaps it'll bring some insight into my life.
What Mr. Eckles has done is truly unique in the podcast world. Everyone reviews podcasts, movies, etc. But there is only one show that reviews the reviews of their podcast. And it's brilliant.
What a great idea for a podcast!
Title: A true creative cuisineFor nearly 100 episodes PRRP has been a real creative treat to listen to. From its humble beginnings of a frustrated creator desperately seeking feedback over the course of weeks and months, through its well-deserved multiple podcast awards, to the recent surprise high-profile guest appearances (most notably, Pepper the dog), I look forward to 100 more episodes of the unique audio flavouring that is PRRP (or whatever its name is by then).
You're awesome! This podcast is awesome! Everybody's awesome!*this review is a hug for anyone who needs it* <3
The concept of this show is that the host reviews the the reviews of his podcast. I like the chutzpah inherent in this concept, and I found it funny. It’s certainly unique. The episodes are short so they don’t overstay their welcome.
Something fresh and new, i love the concept here and Kenneth has a great voice and delivery, it all sounds genuine, background noise always reminds you that this is a real person!!!But whats blowing my mind is what cae first the review or the Podcast reviews reviews podcast
This is the first review I have left for a podcast. I have enjoyed every episode of Podcast Reviews Reviews Podcast. Some people may find it is not their cup of tea. I find that it is my cup of tea. Currently, I'm only halfway through catching up from the beginning but what a ride so far! Looking forward to where this is progressing.I give this podcast 5 stars.
I listened to this podcast after Ken reviewed mine. He has a very pleasant voice, like a radio personality. The voice of the show, podcast or audiobook, is the keeper. If the content is so-so or their isn't another reason, a good voice and personality can save the show. Audio engineering would be last. I like that the music seems to change per episode. I started listening to his YouTube episode and found it interesting especially as I am considering putting my audiobook on Youtube.
