Kidnapping his best friend/only employee Lowell (.siN’s IT guy), Oscar stows them both away on a freighter bound for Panama, hoping to expose the corruption at the heart of the #GlobalElite. But soon, plans go awry as Oscar and Lowell are drawn unsuspectingly in the world of Panamanian cartel warfare...
