U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken is wrapping up his trip to Ukraine. While there, America’s top diplomatic pledged two billion dollars of aid to help build up the country’s defense industry. And throughout his trip, he has been trying to reassure Kyiv of Washington’s support. Words that hide a bitter truth, the 7 months of U.S. delay in sending military aid has left Ukraine’s troops over-stretched and under-armed.
