Pretend for a moment that the MAPL radio guidelines apply to podcasts.To qualify as Canadian, a podcast must fulfill at least two of the following conditions:1. The podcast is directed or produced by at least one Canadian.2. The podcast is hosted or performed by at least one Canadian.3. 50% or more of the hosts/cast record in Canada.*4. The show is scripted by at least one Canadian.A Canadian expat living in Germany would count toward toward 1, 2, and 4, but not 3. An American living in Canada would count for 3, but not 1, 2, or 4.
