World record breaking beatboxer turned electronic singer songwriter SK Shlomo is joined by creative friends who are invited to talk frankly about their own journeys with mental health, creativity and wellbeing.

Shlo started #WEARELISTENING for purely selfish reasons - he needed a platform to talk about his own struggle with mental health after a decade long battle with depression flared up in 2017.

In 2018 he opened up about his journey and his life changed. So he invited creative friends like Jason Mraz, Bill Bailey, Kodaline, Andi Osho and more to join the conversation.
